Return Policy
At The Formulae Lab, we believe in creating formulas that truly work — but we also understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit for your skin. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase made through our official website, we gladly accept returns of eligible items within 30 days (1 Months) from the date of purchase, as indicated on your receipt or invoice.
Eligibility
Returned items must be at least 50% full and in their original packaging.
Products purchased as part of a set or collection (for example, a complete serum kit) must be returned in full to qualify for a refund.
Gift cards and items marked Final Sale are non-refundable.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund amount.
Purchases from Retail Partners
If your product was purchased through one of our authorized retailers (e.g., Sephora, Amazon, or any other third-party store), please refer directly to their return policy. The Formulae Lab is unable to process returns or refunds for purchases made outside of our official online store.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges or store credits. If you wish to try something else, please initiate a return for your current item and place a new order for the product of your choice.
Returning Your Product
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care Team through the Returns section on our website. Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your items.
Returns should be shipped to our designated warehouse using a tracked postal service of your choice. Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Customer Responsibility
Products remain your responsibility until they reach our facility. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your protection. Only items successfully received and verified by our team will be eligible for a refund. Incorrect or unauthorized returns cannot be credited or returned to sender. The Formulae Lab does not cover return postage or tracking costs.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 10–12 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please note, we cannot refund to an alternate card or account. You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund has been completed.
Fair Use
To ensure fairness for all customers, The Formulae Lab monitors return activity. Excessive or suspicious return behavior may result in restrictions on future purchases or returns.

Our Discretion
The Formulae Lab reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds or returns at its sole discretion. Requests may be declined if found to be inconsistent with our policy or fraudulent in nature.
